When will I get my order?

Production takes 1–3 business days, then delivery within 5–10 business days across India. You’ll get a tracking link once shipped.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes—7-day returns/exchanges for unused, unwashed items with tags. If we misprint or send the wrong item/size, we reprint or refund at our cost. Email ocelory@gmail.com within 48 hours for damaged/defective items.

What are the payment & shipping charges?

We accept Cards/UPI/NetBanking/Cod, Free shipping on ₹999+ orders; below that, the fee is shown at checkout.

How do I care for printed apparel so it lasts longer?

Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron inside-out, avoid the print area.

Can I customize (name/number or own design)?

Yes! We accept custom names/numbers and your artwork (PNG/SVG, 300 DPI). Email the file to ocelory@gmail.com for a mockup and quote.
